two nights ago i ran out around out in the country north of fort wayne with my old friend ian mosher , wife leah, and there two beautiful girls olive and lil.. we met out by a nature preserve, went out by a lake, an old barn and got these great shots with lots of nice sunlight and blue sky!

the time is coming near to the 2010 chicago marathon! i still need your help in raising money for the children’s hospital of chicago. jess is putting on two charity yoga classes that you need to check out! if you already donated come and join in fun and if not you can come and give a donation to the kids!

the first date will be on sunday, sept. 19th at lotus yoga 1301 lafayette st. fort wayne, in 46802 from 11:30-12:30.. the second class will be on sunday, sept. 26th at laughing lotus and that is located at 1746 s. 350 w. columbia city, in 46725 and that is also from 11:30-12:30.. it will be a great time and with only a month and a half from the race i’m gonna see if i can get my overworked tight leg muscles to stretch out a little bit? it will be a good time for the body and the mind!

margey and her sister noelle stopped by the other day for gus’s two year pics.. we started out around the yard, then up on the trampoline and i just followed the little guy around. then we headed over to this shuffle board court and i lucked out with the chance that it was being occupied.. i love these shots with gus in his little old man hat it looks like he’s enjoying his florida retirement..

its been a few months since our nags-head vacation post but i said i was gonna post a little film and here it is! if you’ve never been there its worth the drive! the song is the avett brothers “at the beach” which i have dubbed the official summer song.. if you haven’t treated yourself to the avett bros make sure you do they are a staple in our house and they never seem to leave the ipod?!
